Weblix Digital World provides website design, development, SEO optimization, and related digital services as outlined in individual project proposals or agreements.
3. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines communicated during the quotation process are estimates. Timelines may be affected by the timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals from the client.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or in agreed milestones.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges, communicated in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content transfers to the client. Weblix Digital World retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Weblix Digital World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
